Missing Premium Insurance Payments On Aetna

West Coast to Dunedin

For the latest news, were laid at the northern South Island. Well in such a short time we have come a long way. It was worse rolls rolls rolls worse. Not just that! It also works! We traveled the road following the West Coast to go south of the island. The south welcomed us with good weather then was back to Dunedin (pronounced "dun-din-iii), the main town south of the island, or of Marie-Andree left us for explore go solo the North Island.

In fact, we realized that by advancing the South Island of New Zealand has the highest mountains more than the North Island with the glaciers, much less hot springs that are less accessible and smaller (which makes them more attractive in some way) and many more spots for climbing. Some areas are so depleted drill that takes away a little taste of the visit. It dominates the sheep population, that's for sure! The Maori are almost absent ... to see if the last two are linked, probably. It's a bit why it was easy to visit. Some places we will return. As Marie-Andree has succeeded, through his very kind and understanding employer, take 6 consecutive weeks of vacation, we decided to advance a not accelerated. Now note some highlights.

The west coast brought us so much rain that the weather this which prevents us to see the New Zealand Alps ... This is only a postponement. It has not prevented us to experience what nature has to offer. The road that has more beautiful as it is wedged between steep hills and the sea You could say that my conduct in this section of the country was not what's safer with eyes fixed seaward despite cornering cerris ... It went well anyway. Obviously my eye civil engineer-geologist would be delighted!

map that aa board Homy to give us some clues to the location of tourist attractions. Thanks to this, we have the chance to enjoy the beautiful landscapes of New Zealand (like ten thousand other tourists who arrive at the same time we in the right spots). It was thanks to the card saw a place called Pancake Rocks Blowhole. Blowhole because the waves hitting the shore and enters a tunnel at the end of it, there is an opening to release the water pressure up ... It was lucky because the day we were there, the waves were high (see photo below left). And that pancake rocks for ... Well open the picture, you see!

On this same route, did I mention that we received the rain? many rain? When we arrived at Fox Glacier and Franz Joseph, it was the fleet. Even when we went walking to reach those who are close as two glaciers near the ocean at this latitude on the planet. The mountains are so steep that the moisture coming from the Tasman Sea (west of NZ) with the prevailing winds from west to east, there are enormous whose amount of water falls per year. In Montreal, the average annual precipitation is 1.025 meters while on the west coast is rather around 7 meters of water that falls each year! It goes without saying that the glacier receives enough snow to form a glacier. We took the liberty to approach the water glacial melting to show you the blocks of ice out of subglacial channels.

Then comes the most southern region of Otago with the city of Queenstown, a city which has the reputation of being fo-crazy and full air. To confirm the rule, Marie-Andree let herself tempted by bungee jumping off the bridge jumpers originating in the first New Zealanders. Top of its 43m, she slender, screamed and had fun. Bravo Marie-Andree! Queenstown, apart from the jump of Mary, we were not particularly hung with meeting tons of tourists just as they meet in Banff in western Canada. But of course the scenery is beautiful in the corner too. Moving to Milford ...

In south-western South Island are of enormous fjord ... The more accessible is by passing a road traffic tunnel and slopes very strong and called Milford Sound. It is literally magical to venture too easily. Planes, helicopters, cruise ships, sea kayaking, all meet there in surprisingly large numbers. We allowed a small cruise to get to the sea in these fjord receiving more than 6m annual precipitation, the slopes are literally covered with waterfalls. At one point, the boat approached a few meters of rock in one of them. Karo and Mary with a glass his hand did not hesitate to get a few drops dripping water that has hardly purest (besides the taste of coffee they had in the back ...). Basically, it was a beautiful shower for those / those who wanted it. I still see Karo shivering in the half-hour after ... Me and the photographer, I quickly put on my raincoat. Phew! We also meet the Kea, this beautiful bird of the mountains is beautiful always nice but that can wreak havoc. He is very smart and is a protected species, so no question of him wanting to harm. With his horned beak when his back is turned, it runs to your articles, the food or plastic preferably for you to steal! And once, he eats essuis of the plastic ice the car! You really have to be careful. People have also made their attempts to destroy the Kea motorhome decided that he would try and landed on it but with those beautiful teeth, and many say that AC goes through a double roof fast enough thank you.

In this corner we have the also the Kepler Track walk, a 65Km walk in three days in the mountains with the weather. The views were beautiful despite the amount of walkers. Black flies have found when we went camping on the banks of the river ... It was sick quantity. Similar to Quebec for sure! Fortunately, we spent a night in the mountains and, there were not.

Mary's journey continues for a short time after us. We managed to swim with dolphins (five) in a beautiful quiet bay of Purpoise bay. They approached us until nearly 1m! Although visibility was plus or minus 2.5m, it was still cool asez!

Dunedin was the last destination of our trio. Our highlight has Dunedin, visit the Cadbury factory ... you eat the chocolate that comes from! It's not great quality but it's still good erobees almonds in milk chocolate.

the rest to follow ...
