"Freecycle groups bring together people who want to get rid of items that clutter up with people who need them. Our goal is to free the natural areas of abandoned objects although still useful. Using what we have on this planet, we reduce the excessive consumerism, mass production, and reduce the harmful impact on the planet. Another advantage of using Freecycle is that it encourages us to rid ourselves of compulsive acquisitions that we no longer use and encourages everyone to adopt a community. "
" Besancon Freecycle is open to all who want to "recycle" that special something rather than throw it away. "
